It's five in the afternoon, fifteen people are coming to your flat in Founty tonight, and you've just accepted that your oven is never going to cope. The good news: the kitchen that can rescue the evening is probably five minutes from your door. Madina is a café and pizzeria based in Haut Founty, and we now do catering in Agadir Bay and Founty — we cook the order in our own kitchen and bring it to you, ready to serve.
The service started from a simple geographical fact. When the kitchen and the table are in the same neighbourhood, everything works better: the food arrives hot, on time, without crossing the whole city first. Nothing to reheat, nothing to improvise, and you get to stay with your guests instead of shuttling between the living room and the hob.
Being local is not a small detail
A tajine that travels twenty-five minutes is not the same tajine as one that travels five. The sauce doesn't split, the semolina doesn't dry out, the pizza doesn't go soft in its box. Distance is probably the one advantage no amount of equipment can replace.
Haut Founty, Founty and the whole Agadir Bay area are our immediate neighbourhood. We know the residences, the villas near the golf course, the newer blocks, the small offices on the ground floors. What an order includes
We don't just leave a stack of trays at your door. Depending on what you ask for, an order can include:
- Dishes cooked the same day and delivered ready to serve.
- Hot-hold equipment, so everything stays at temperature right through the meal.
- Staff who come and serve on site, if you'd rather not lift a finger.
- Disposable plates and cutlery, if the thought of ending the night at the sink doesn't appeal.
- A menu put together with you, based on how many guests you have and the mood of the evening.
It all happens over WhatsApp: tell us what you want, for when and for how many, and we come back with a clear quote. Nothing here is off the shelf, so nothing is priced in advance — every order is costed for what it actually is.

That radius is particularly useful for holiday lets and villa rentals. Plenty of families take a big house for the week, want one proper Moroccan meal on the first night, and have no intention of spending the afternoon at the market and three hours at the stove. We handle it; you open the door.
What's actually on the plates
Madina runs a menu of more than 130 dishes, Moroccan and Italian, and everything is halal. For a delivered order the reliable things stay reliable: tajines, pastilla, rfissa, seffa, grills, fish dishes, wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, risottos, salads and desserts. Friday couscous is naturally part of the picture on Fridays — that's the day we make the most of it.
What we're not
Worth saying plainly: Madina is not a function hall, and we don't do event styling or décor. We're a restaurant that cooks and delivers. In practice that means the same chefs, the same kitchen and the same suppliers as the lunch service — not a middleman subcontracting your meal to someone you'll never meet. For a lot of our customers, that's precisely the reason they call us.
Offices, meetings and team meals
The Agadir Bay area is full of smaller outfits: agencies, practices, office floors, company head offices. For a working lunch delivered to the meeting room, or an end-of-month team meal, the principle is the same — the details are on our corporate catering page. And if you'd rather serve continuously than plate everything up, a group buffet is usually the smoothest format.
Or come to us instead
Delivery isn't always the right answer. For a birthday, a dinner for two or a family meal, there's also our terrace, the private mezzanine seating up to 20, and a larger room downstairs for bigger groups. A television is available if you need to show something during the meal, and the wifi is free. We're open every day from 8am to midnight, which leaves plenty of room to manoeuvre.
