Opening at 8am is not a small detail
Plenty of meetings start at 8.30 or 9am. Plenty of places, meanwhile, only get going much later. The result is familiar: you push the start time, you improvise, you pass round pastries bought in a hurry in a paper bag.
We are open every day from 8am to midnight, weekends included. In practice that means a table for ten can be laid and served at eight o'clock sharp, or a delivery can leave early enough for everything to be in place before your participants walk in. For a session starting at nine, that margin is the whole difference.
What a good corporate breakfast actually looks like
The best working breakfast in Agadir looks, quite simply, like a generous Moroccan breakfast, laid out to be shared and easy to serve. Expect:
- Warm, flaky msemen, semolina harcha, and beghrir, the thousand-hole pancakes that soak up honey.
- Amlou from the Souss, the almond, honey and argan oil spread that never fails to surprise guests discovering the region.
- Honey, olive oil, cheese, olives and simply cooked eggs.
- Pastries and a few sweet things for those who prefer that side of the table.
- Freshly squeezed juices, coffee and mint tea.
That sweet-and-savoury mix has a very practical advantage in a meeting: everyone builds their own plate according to appetite and habit. The colleague who never eats in the morning takes a coffee and a msemen. The one who drove down from Marrakech helps himself properly. Everything is halal, there is no alcohol, and nobody around the table has ever had to ask.
The coffee break that genuinely restarts the session
A long training morning or a meeting that overruns always produces the same effect: eyes drift down towards phones. The mid-morning break is not lost time. It is what allows the next two hours to actually happen.
A good coffee break comes down to very little: hot coffee, mint tea, something sweet, something savoury, and enough of it that nobody has to queue. We put these together for groups sitting with us and for rooms hired elsewhere in town. And if the day runs on, it leads naturally into a business lunch: same place, same team, no extra logistics to arrange.

In the private mezzanine
Our mezzanine seats up to 20 people, set apart from the main room. It suits morning meetings particularly well: you can hear each other speak, the wifi is free, and a television is available if you need to put a presentation or a document on screen (a television screen, not a video projector). For a bigger group we also have a larger room on the ground floor. And when the weather cooperates, the outdoor terrace makes a pleasant setting for that first coffee.
Delivered, ready to serve
When the meeting happens at your place, on a site, in an agency or in a hired room, we prepare everything in our kitchen and deliver it ready to serve. We can provide hot-hold equipment, staff to serve on site, and disposable plates and cutlery if you would rather have nothing to wash up. It works the same way as our corporate catering service: a real restaurant kitchen, our own chefs, nobody in between your guests and us.
