Office Meal Delivery in Agadir: One Kitchen, One Delivery

It is quarter to twelve. The team is still in a meeting, nobody has time to go out, and everyone needs feeding before the afternoon starts. So someone opens a delivery app, orders from three different places, and an hour later the bags turn up one at a time: lukewarm food, an order or two missing, and a couple of colleagues left with nothing. That scene plays out in Agadir offices every single day.

That is the problem we set out to fix. Madina now handles office meal delivery in Agadir: one kitchen, one order, one delivery. We are not a courier service picking your lunch up from somewhere else — we cook it ourselves, in our restaurant in Haut Founty, and we bring it to you ready to serve.

We cook it. We are not couriers

The distinction sounds technical until you have lived through the alternative. A courier takes an order, carries it, drops it off. They control neither the kitchen's timing, nor the quantities, nor the temperature on arrival. As soon as the group grows, the whole thing falls apart: too many dishes to synchronise, too many separate trips, and a meal that ends up lukewarm on the corner of a desk.

With us the chain is short. Your order leaves our stoves and arrives at your door. One point of contact, one arrival time, one invoice. If your meeting overruns and service needs to slide by half an hour, you ring us and we adjust — something no aggregator platform will genuinely let you do.

And because this is our actual menu, you know exactly what you are getting: more than 130 Moroccan and Italian dishes, cooked by the same chefs who work the dining room, in a fully halal kitchen. No middleman, nothing subcontracted, no unpleasant surprise when the boxes are opened.

What arrives alongside the food

Delivering a meal for a whole team is not a matter of dropping bags at reception and driving off. We take care of the things that actually make a group meal work once it is in your building.

  • Food ready to serve, plated and arranged so it can go straight onto the table or a buffet.
  • Hot-hold equipment, so the tagine and the pasta are still hot when the last person helps themselves.
  • Staff who can serve on site, if you would rather someone handled the setting out and the topping up while you get on with your day.
  • Disposable plates and cutlery, included or left out depending on what you already keep at the office.
  • A format that suits you: a shared buffet or individual portions, whichever fits the shape of your day.

If what you actually need is an individual format, one box per person, for a training day or a site visit, have a look at our piece on the meal tray in Agadir. And for a bigger corporate occasion — a seminar, an opening, an end-of-year meal — everything is set out on the corporate catering in Agadir page.

What we deliver to your team

The good news about a team is that it never agrees on anything. Our menu is broad enough that this stops being a problem: tagines, grills, pastilla, rfissa, seffa, fresh pasta, risotto, wood-fired pizza, fish dishes, salads, desserts and fresh juices. On Fridays couscous makes its own case, and it is usually the dish that settles the debate before it starts.

Plenty of companies go for a simple mix: one Moroccan dish, one Italian dish, something lighter, and a sweet finish. Our wood-fired pizzas travel particularly well and remain a safe bet for a relaxed lunch break. You can browse the whole menu and pick out what your team would enjoy before you even message us.

One practical tip

Tell us what your space looks like: a meeting room, a courtyard, a site office, an open-plan floor. It changes how we pack the trays, the order we deliver in, and how we set everything up on arrival. The more specific you are, the smoother the service runs on the day.

Where we deliver in Agadir and along the coast

We deliver across Agadir and its immediate surroundings, including the coast north of the city:

  • Haut Founty, Founty and Agadir Bay
  • Talborjt, Cité Dakhla and Hay Mohammadi
  • Inezgane and Dcheira
  • Taghazout, Tamraght and Aourir

If your site sits right on the edge of that list, just ask. We will tell you honestly whether we can deliver properly or not. We would far rather say so upfront than let you down on the day.

Tell us what you need

Every company order is different, so we work on quotes rather than fixed packages. Message us on WhatsApp at +212 5283-81269 with the number of people, the date, the address and a rough idea of what you fancy, and we will come back to you with a clear proposal. You can also go through our groups and events page or email contact@madinaagadir.com. And if you would rather taste the food before committing a whole team to it, our table is waiting in Haut Founty, every day from 8:00 to midnight.
