A Restaurant Partner for Travel Agencies in Agadir: What We Guarantee

Forty people step off the coach at 1.15pm after a morning in Paradise Valley. They are hot, they are hungry, and your guide still has a full afternoon to deliver. If lunch takes two hours because the kitchen only discovers the group as it walks through the door, the schedule slips — and the phone call that evening comes to you, not to the restaurant. That is the difference between a good restaurant and a genuine restaurant partner for travel agencies in Agadir: the second one understands that you are not selling a meal, you are keeping to a timetable.

Madina is a café and restaurant in Haut Founty, inside the Agadir Bay area. Moroccan and Italian cooking, more than 130 dishes, everything halal, open every day from 8am to midnight. We work with incoming agencies, hotels, independent guides, surf camps and hostels who need one dependable address to send groups to and then stop thinking about.

What an agency actually needs from a partner restaurant

It is not the décor and it is not big promises. It is a short list, and it is always the same list.

  • A menu agreed in advance, known to your guides and to our kitchen alike
  • The same quality on the third visit as on the first
  • Fast service, built around a group that has to move on
  • Halal throughout and no alcohol, so nothing has to be managed at the table
  • One direct contact who answers personally, not a call centre

Everything else is a bonus. Those five points decide whether your day runs smoothly.

A menu settled beforehand, not improvised on arrival

We would rather fix things before the coach leaves. Tell us how many people are coming, when you arrive and how long you have, and we will build a straightforward group menu together: two or three main course options, a starter, a dessert. Your guides know what to announce on the bus, our kitchen knows what to prepare, and nobody reads a menu for the first time while the clock runs.

Dietary requirements are settled at the same moment: vegetarians, no chilli, allergies, children's portions. Flag them beforehand and they are planned for rather than improvised. If you would rather choose yourself, our menu of over 130 dishes is online, Moroccan on one side, Italian on the other.

Fast service, because your afternoon is already written

A group we know about is a group we have prepared for: tables laid before arrival, starters ready, main courses leaving the pass together. It is the only way to serve forty covers without the first diners finishing before the last have started. The bill is prepared for the group, too, rather than pieced together table by table while the driver waits.

Our hours follow yours, not the other way round: 8am to midnight, every day, with no afternoon closing. Breakfast before a dawn departure, an excursion lunch that lands at 2.30pm because the road took longer than planned, a late dinner after an airport transfer: none of that is a problem here. And if the group is running behind, message us from the road and we will hold the timing.

Halal throughout, Moroccan and Italian: mixed groups are easy

Our entire kitchen is halal, without exception, and no alcohol is served. For an agency that is one box permanently ticked: you can send a group from the Gulf, an observant family or a school trip without checking anything in advance.

The other challenge with a group is taste. A coach of forty is rarely forty tagine enthusiasts. Here the Moroccan side of the menu — tagines, couscous, pastilla, rfissa, seffa, grills — sits alongside proper fresh pasta, risottos and wood-fired pizzas. The curious taste Morocco, the cautious eat something familiar, and everyone leaves happy. We host tourist groups like this all year round.

Our rooms, and delivery when the group cannot come to us

Upstairs, a private mezzanine seats up to 20 people: ideal for a smaller group or a presentation, since a television is available on site. For larger groups we open the bigger ground-floor room. There is also an outdoor terrace and free Wi-Fi, which travellers often ask about before they ask about the food.

When the group cannot come to us, we come to them. Food delivered ready to serve, hot-hold equipment so everything arrives hot, staff who can serve on site, disposable plates and cutlery if you prefer. We cover Agadir and the nearby coast — Founty, Talborjt, Cité Dakhla, Hay Mohammadi, Agadir Bay, Inezgane, Dcheira — as far as Aourir, Tamraght and Taghazout, which suits coastal surf camps.

One contact, and an invoice if you need one

You write, we reply. No booking platform, no sales department to chase three times. And if your accounts team or your tour operator requires an invoice, say so when you order.

Worth stating plainly: we are not an events company and not a function hall. We are a working restaurant kitchen with real chefs that welcomes groups and delivers. That is precisely what protects the quality, because nobody sits between our chef and your travellers.

To set up an arrangement, the simplest thing is to talk it through directly. Message us on WhatsApp at +212 5283-81269 or email contact@madinaagadir.com, or use the request a quote form and tell us your usual numbers, your typical time slots and the clients you look after. We will come back with a clear proposal — and you are welcome to try the place yourself before sending your first group. In fact, we would recommend it.
