Who we are
This site is run by Madina — Café & Pizzeria, a restaurant in فونتي العليا (Haut Founty), Agadir, Morocco.

What we collect
Analytics. If you agree, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. Until you agree, no analytics cookie is set.
Booking form. If you book a table we collect the name, phone number, party size, date and time you enter, plus any message. We use it only to prepare for your visit.
Group and quote requests. The same, plus the occasion and group size, so we can put a proposal together.
We never ask for card or bank details on this site, and no payment is taken here.
Where the information goes
Bookings and quote requests open WhatsApp (or your mail app) with a message already written. Nothing is sent unless you press send — you stay in control. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising.
Cookies
On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. The default is no: nothing is set until you accept.
Your choice is kept in your own browser and is not sent anywhere. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will come back.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Booking and quote messages are kept while we deal with your request and for a reasonable record of our exchange, then deleted.
Analytics is retained in aggregate form according to the Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, or object to it being used. Write to contact@madinaagadir.com and we will reply as quickly as we can.
In Morocco, personal data is governed by law 09-08, overseen by the CNDP. If you are writing from the European Union, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
