Group Food Order in Agadir: Eat In or Have It Delivered

You are in charge of feeding the whole group, because it had to fall to somebody. A training day at the office, a birthday at home, a crew on site who cannot leave the job: the question "what are we eating, and how does it get here?" always lands when nobody has a spare hour for it. That is exactly when a group food order in Agadir saves your day — provided you know what to ask for, and who to ask.

At Madina, in Haut Founty, there are two ways to do it: bring your group to us and eat in, or let us cook everything in our kitchen and bring it to wherever you are. Here is how to choose, and how to order without losing an afternoon to it.

Eat in or have it delivered: the question that settles the rest

Before anyone talks about dishes, two things decide the plan: how many you are, and where the group will be at mealtime.

If your group can travel, and the point is partly to get out of the usual setting, eating at the restaurant is the easier ride: nobody lays a table, nobody clears up, and the service moves at the pace of the room. If everyone is already gathered somewhere — an office, a training room, a house, a building site — then the meal does the travelling, with no journeys and no parking to sort out.

Eating in with your group

For groups that come to us, Madina has a private mezzanine seating up to 20 people, slightly apart from the main room. It is the right spot for talking properly or blowing out candles without an audience. A television is available for a presentation or a few photos.

For larger groups, a bigger room on the ground floor takes over. There is an outdoor terrace too, and free Wi-Fi for meetings that carry on past dessert. And since we are open every day from 8am to midnight, a team breakfast and a late dinner both fit in the same day. We go into the detail in our piece on the restaurant for groups in Agadir.

The delivered order, ready to serve

The other option is food cooked in our kitchen and delivered to your venue. Here is what we handle:

  • Dishes delivered ready to serve, cooked for the occasion, with no improvised reheating at your end.
  • Hot-holding on site, with proper chafing equipment, so the last person served eats as hot as the first.
  • Staff who can serve at your venue, if you would rather not turn your colleagues into waiters.
  • Disposable plates and cutlery, included or left out depending on what you already have.
  • Delivery across Agadir and the nearby coast: Haut Founty, Founty, Talborjt, Cité Dakhla, Hay Mohammadi, Agadir Bay, plus Taghazout, Tamraght, Aourir, Inezgane and Dcheira.

One honest point, and it works in your favour: Madina is not a function hall or an events agency. It is a restaurant, with its own kitchen, its own chefs and its own menu, that also prepares large orders and delivers them. What arrives at your venue is exactly what we serve in the dining room.

Building a menu for a mixed group

Feeding a group is not feeding one person ten times over. There is always someone avoiding spice, a child who only eats pizza, a colleague avoiding meat. With more than 130 dishes on the menu, spanning Moroccan and Italian cooking and all of it halal, there is plenty to work with.

  • One big Moroccan dish to gather around — tajine, rfissa or seffa — it sets the tone of the meal.
  • A reliable Italian option, wood-fired pizzas or fresh pasta, for the younger ones.
  • Grills or burgers, which suit every kind of group and disappoint nobody.
  • Fish and salads, to balance a spread that could otherwise get heavy.
  • Desserts and fresh juices, because how a meal ends matters as much as how it starts.

We have set out the combinations that work best for a crowd in our group menu for Agadir. And if your meal falls on a Friday, couscous makes the decision for you: that is the day it is served, and it is the dish that puts a table in a good mood within minutes — more on that in ordering couscous for a group.

How to place the order

Everything runs through WhatsApp, on +212 5283-81269. The quickest approach is one message with the date and time, the delivery address (or simply "eating in"), roughly how many people, and anything extra you need — hot-holding, staff to serve, disposable tableware.

We come back with a suggested selection and a quote built around your group. Nothing here is off the shelf: an office lunch, a family celebration and a site buffet do not have the same needs. You can also describe your plan on the groups and events page, or browse the full menu first.

Whether you book the mezzanine or have a hot buffet delivered as far as Inezgane, the principle is the same: you describe it, we take care of the rest. If the occasion is more of a family affair, our article on the family restaurant in Agadir will give you a few more ideas. Message us on WhatsApp at +212 5283-81269 or write to contact@madinaagadir.com: tell us what you need, and we will put a quote together.
